Software implementation of new functions in the transnational waterway monitoring system System (WAMOS 2.0): The transnational Waterways Monitoring System (WAMOS) collects and processes hydrological and and processes hydrological and hydrographic data from the waterways of selected Danube countries (Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania) in a web-based system. The system was developed as part of FAIRway Danube (http://www.fairwaydanube.eu/) from 2017 and has been in operation since autumn 2019. The system is based on the open source software gemma and is operated in a data centre in Germany. The subject of the contract is the implementation of new functions for WAMOS 2.0, by a software supplier and the 5-year continuation of operations after the end of the project. The WAMOS 2.0 software implementation contract should include: 1) Software Implementation of selected new functions in WAMOS 2.0 on the basis of the "Final Terms of Reference WAMOS 2.0 - Software, Interface and Data Requirements" 2) Pilot operation of the implemented functions until the end of the project, probably in December 2027 3) Continued operation for 5 years after the end of the project, probably from Jan 2028 to Dec 2032 4) In addition, optional service components are planned: (a) Contingent of person hours for change requests within this service contract (b) Software implementation of further new functions.
