The Department of Life Sciences intends to enter into a direct procurement for assistance with soil sampling in the research project SICKSOIL. There are strict requirements for competence, requirements from both DNA and RNA based methods and chemical analyses of specific organic components connected to soil properties and functions to microbial communities in soil. Based on our professional knowledge of the research area and the market, only Norwegian Agricultural Consultancy Sa has this competence. We consider that the terms for direct procurement in accordance with PPR§ § 5-2 (a) are fulfilled.
