The Sami Parliament intends to enter into framework agreements with translators who can carry out translation assignments in South Sami. Signing of contract means that the translator carries out assignments as a freelancer for the Sami Parliament. The translator is free to accept the assignments requested by the Contracting Authority. The amount of the assignments will vary greatly in periods, and there is no minimum guarantee for a specific number of assignments within the framework agreement period. Beyond the translation assignments, the parties are not obliged to each other. The translator shall carry out assignments as a freelancer and thereby no working conditions will be established between the contracting authority and translator.
