SS/CON6484 - Master Data Management Software Implementation and Support

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a Software contract for the provision of Master Data Management Tool to be used on ESB’s SAP S4HANA 1909 ERP Systems, currently these ERP systems are on-premise, and any master data software should also be on premise but have the potential to be available via cloud services.It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope): SAP certified software Creation and maintenance of SAP Master Data Automation and Governance of Data Input, including workflow approval functionality Business User Mass data maintenance capability Especially covering SAP Finance / Controlling and Project Systems Master Data Objects and also potentially extended to HR, Plant Maintenance and other SAP Module Master Data Ability to update custom fields in master data objects Desirable requirements (non-exhaustive list): To have reporting functionality with Dashboards, including flagging obsolete data to enable data cleanse
