Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for a contract for a joint SCADA system for Trondheim municipality ́s water and sewage installations. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that parts of the tender documentation are exempted from the public for security reasons, this applies to several documents that account for the current systems/sites and Trondheim municipality ́s specified wishes/requirements for the new system. Tenderers who wish to submit a tender must submit a signed confidentiality statement via the communication module in Mercell.
