Description du marché

The Norwegian Directorate of Immigration is in need of a framework agreement for consultancy assistance within strategic and tactical IT consultancy. UDI shall, in cooperation with the rest of the immigration management (UNE, FOREIGN MINISTRY and the police) implement the Modernised Immigration Management Programme (ModUlf) during the coming six year period 2025-2031. The programme shall replace the immigration administration ́s system portfolio consisting of the core systems DUF (computer system for immigration and refugee cases), Norvis and UDB (the immigration database). At the same time UDI is working closely with the National Police Directorate in the ongoing program Schengen IT, which shall implement the EU's Smart Border programme that involves the introduction and change of both new and existing legal areas and IT systems.
