Supply of IT Equipment for High School Educators for supporting the use of the System for Management of Pre-University Education (SMIP) in Albania

This contract concerns the procurement of 5,318 laptops intended for use in public high schools across Albania. The objective is to ensure inclusive access to digital tools for educators, contributing to improved learning outcomes and digital literacy. The scope includes the supply, delivery, distribution to designated location, unloading, on-site installation, functional testing, and commercial warranty coverage for three years. The contractor will also be responsible for packaging and logistics. The equipment must meet the energy efficiency and performance standards defined in the technical specifications. The contract is funded under the IPA III Operational Programme 2024–2027 and aligns with Albania’s digital education priorities.
