Oracle Primavera is F4E’s primary schedule system. The services are requested in the following areas: - Creation of new business processes, coding, layouts and configurations. - Testing and documenting coding, layouts and configurations created. - Schedule control procedures. - Schedule month-end close out process. - Schedule baseline control procedures. - Development and implementation of schedule quality processes and reporting. - Global changes and other administrative tasks in Primavera schedules. - Optimisation of Primavera system performance and database volume monitoring. - Automation of specific processes. - Primavera technical issue resolution. - Development of processes and technical interfaces between Primavera and F4E’s wider PM Systems environment. - Migration to Oracle Primavera Cloud. - Support for the installation and test of software updates and upgrades. The Specific Contracts for provision of these services have a minimum duration of one month. Tasks may be carried out by junior or senior analysts as required.
