Kinn municipality shall hire project support/construction camps on an hourly basis to support project tenants to implement the Albertatunet project. This is a construction project that is demanding both technically, economically and not least as regards requirements for effective execution time. The project is currently estimated to be approx. 15,000 m2 gross and it is the largest planned investment project in Kinn municipality. The assignments for technical project support/construction management will be: • Support to project tenants. This will require close dialogue and cooperation. • On behalf of the project camps, manage, involve and coordinate building and technical disciplines in the internal project group and the consultancy group. • Have a special focus on general cost estimation and cost reporting of the project. • Construction manager, including i.a.: o Responsibility for guiding and following-up the minutes in connection with the builder meeting and other relevant meetings. o SHA Coordinator o Coordinate with suppliers/contract partners o Follow-up wages and working conditions at tenderers and sub-suppliers. o Processing changes • Assist with quality assurance that the tender documentation Part 1 and Part 2 (NS3450) for the procurement of the construction contracts hang saman. The municipality said that the project was responsible for Part 1, and Tenderers will be responsible for the preparation of part 2. • Assist with case development regarding political treatment on issues related to the project. • Other assignments that lie with the project management.
