Vennesla municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for temporary staff services within educational personnel for schools and nurseries. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to qualified personnel for sick leave, leave and leave when this is not self-management. Temporary temporary staff can also be hired if it is discussed with the representatives at the contracting authority. The framework agreement shall cover all nurseries and schools at the contracting authority, see annex 1 the contracting authority ́s requirement specification point V for the complete list of locations and it will always be in accordance with the current labour regulations. 2 parallel framework agreements will be signed, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. The framework agreement suppliers will be ranked in accordance with the outcome of the competition. Tenderers at the top of the prioritising list should always be contacted first. If tenderer no. 1 is not able to deliver, supplier no. 2 on the list will be contacted.
