The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for temporary staff services within the health and welfare service with three tenderers as long as a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit a tender. Based on experience, the greatest need is for temporary staff services within the professions of nurses, special nurses, mental health nurses and health care workers. The procurement of temporary staff services will be relevant for staff holidays, water and sewage and sick leave. A service concession for the BPA is not included in the procurement. It will i.a. a be a need for nursing competence in the municipality ́s units for dementia care, short-term department, home service, follow-up service and TNF (service for people with disabilities). The health and welfare service often handles patients with complex need for help and needs high nursing coverage in order to receive patients from hospitals and DMS. The service depends on nurses having competence in procedures such as i.e. treatment, CVK, as well as nutrition and pain pumps etc. Multi-disciplinary cooperation with doctors/physio./ergo. is a part of every day life. At TNF unit there will at times be a need for protective care competence in order to see to users who have a need cf. applicable law and regulations. There can also be a need for health care work, assistants, environment supervisor and environment therapists. Tenderers must be deliveryable and flexible in delivery in accordance with the Contracting Authority's requirements.
