Tensio AS - Defined Contribution Scheme with associated risk coverage.

Tensio AS would like to receive tenders for: Pension insurance for the Tensio group with associated risk coverage. The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for defined contribution pensions with associated risk coverage. Tensio AS, Tensio TN AS and Tensio TS AS made a transition to the defined contribution scheme for their employees a few years ago and would like tenders for the current defined contribution pension with associated risk coverage, cf. the attached requirement specifications in Annex A. Tensio AS currently has 2 separate payroll systems, an Agresso system that covers Tensio AS and Tensio TS AS and an Agresso system that covers Tensio TN AS. Tensio has started an ERP project with planned implementation 1.1.2025. An external service provider of payroll services is planned to be implemented simultaneously. Tenderers are required to be subject to the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or equivalent authority in the EEA, and that contact persons are Norwegian speaking. They must also have licences as life insurance companies in Norway.
