Test/Assignments tool - Qualification

Innlandet county shall procure a test/assignment tool for teaching. The introduction of artificial intelligence has created a need for tests where students' access to aids can be limited. The development has also led to a need to be able to carry out training situations without access to the internet, artificial intelligence (KI) or language models (LLM). The contracting authority is concerned about future changes in the availability of artificial intelligence. In particular, local variants on hardware without connecting to the internet (Edge AI) can create challenges for carrying out samples themselves with sample tools. It is important that the sample tool is able to meet such challenges in order to achieve the objective of the contract. We are looking for a tool that offers improved functionality compared to Forms. The tool shall be integrated with Teams and provide an option to limit the pupils ́ access to assistive aids during tests. It should also help students focus and be used to train perseverance and concentration without distractions. The tool must also be connected to the Tasks module in Teams, so that assessments can be provided in one overall location. It shall be possible to use all training in sixth form education in Innlandet county. This tool shall not be used as an exam system, as Innlandet county has another system for this. Innlandet county currently has 11,500 pupils and 2,000 participants in the adult education. All shall use the tool from a snare. We would like a service provider who fulfils the requirements for privacy and information security in a satisfactory manner and who can offer a flexible system with a user friendly interface.
