Rogaland county, c/o the Building and Property Department, shall enter into a framework agreement for ventilation and refrigeration services with the accompanying materials, hereafter called VK. The Building and Property Department has the builder and property management function for Rogaland county and has offices in Stavanger and Haugesund. The building and property department will organise, planning, engineering design services and the execution of the construction projects that are adopted by the County Council. The contracting authority manages buildings of approx. 450,000 m2, mainly sixth form colleges. The buildings consist of approx. 25 sixth form colleges, 2 school centres, administration buildings in Stavanger and Haugesund, agricultural properties with several buildings for livestock and greenhouses, aquaculture farming facilities. In addition there will be dental clinics and the transport department ́s buildings. See the www.rogfk.no for general information on the county. The signed framework agreements can also be used by other departments and entities within Rogaland county, also if they have their own organisation numbers. The framework agreement is divided into two geographical zones. The competition will be divided into the following zones/contracts: Zone 1: Haugesund, Karmøy, Ølen, Sauda and Sand Zone 2: Strand, Stavanger, Randaberg, Sola, Sandnes, Time, Klepp, Hå, Eigersund and Dalane. Tenderers are free to submit a tender for one or both zones. Tenders cannot be submitted for work or only delivery of products.
