The city of Helsinki’s Urban Environment Division establishes a Dynamic Purchasing System within which discarded artificial turf further processing solutions will be tendered. The Dynamic Purchasing System is valid for 24 months unless the Procurement authority shortens or extends the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System. During the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System, all interested candidates can apply for participation with the Request for participation. The operation and object of the Dynamic Purchasing System are described in more detail in the Invitation to tender and its appendices. The primary language of the Contract notice is Finnish. The documents have been translated into English to enable international Tenderers.
