The procurement of the Norwegian Labour Market Measure for NAV Vest-Viken

NAV Vest- Viken shall procure the Labour Market Measure - Norwegian Education. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the regulations. The contracting authority reserves the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate. The aim of the Norwegian education is to strengthen written and oral Norwegian abilities for job-seeking minority language speakers. The Norwegian education shall be work and vocational orientated. Participants shall get information about the labour market and Norwegian working life. The Norwegian training shall give participants a skill level in Norwegian that qualifies the participants for work, education or further work orientated measures. The participants shall be prepared and registered for the Norwegian test. Participants shall not be entitled to Norwegian education in accordance with the Integration Act. The target group is participants who are on level A1 - A2. Participants can have lower than level A1 and B 1 on one or more/of the skills listening, reading, writing or oral.
