The requirement is to proceed to the appointment of an Architect led Project Management Design Team to prepare a detailed design to current standards and regulations including Civil, Structural, mechanical, Electrical, and Energy Conservation designs. The Design Team will also be expected to complete the tender process and contract procurement, supervise, and certify the construction and agree the final account and closeout. This design brief describes all the service requirement in detail.
