The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) are currently seeking a provider for The Provision of Pension Services Minimum Requirements and Technical Specifications: Administration: support with organisations day to day administration. Calculations: Calculating pensionable benefits for retirements or leavers, or ad hoc queries such as purchasing service or Professional Added Years (PAYs) Statements: Preparing statements for the following: Annual Benefit Statements (Single Public Service Pension Scheme): using the template provided by DPENDR Annual Statements for members on the pre-existing pension schemes: which include details on benefits accrued and what they can expect at minimum retirement age. Ad hoc benefit statements: covering scenarios such as retirement related, and when a member leaves the organisation and has retained benefits. Support with legislation: Providing advice on Public Service Pension rules and legislations. Training/Information Sessions: Providing information sessions to all staff to help members have a general understanding of pensions. Contribution deduction audit: Successful vendor to carry out a once off assessment to assess if correct pension contributions are being deducted. It is expected that this contract will run for 2 years.
