On behalf of the Norwegian Defence Sector, The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) invites tenderers to participate in a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services related to Service Integration (TI) and IT Service Management/Service Management & Control (ITSM/SMC). The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure after a prior notice. The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) is the contracting authority and responsible for implementing the procurement in order to establish the framework agreement that can be used by the defence sector. FMA is a part of the defence sector, directly under the Ministry of Defence (FD). FMA shall ensure that the Norwegian Armed Forces and other entities in the defence sector have access to cost efficient and secure material and services in line with approved long-term plans. FMA ́s main responsibilities are planning, procurement, management and disposal of material for the Norwegian Armed Forces and other departments under the Ministry of Defense.
