The contracting authority would like a comprehensive digital system to increase the efficiency, structure and improve procurement processes. The system shall support all phases of a procurement (excluding the KGV phase), from requirement registration to contract follow-up, and ensure that the processes are transparent, traceable and in accordance with the current rules. The system shall cover central functions such as process coordination, supplier management, impartiality assessment, tender evaluation, contract management and budget management. There shall also be integration of artificial intelligence and robotisation to reduce manual work and increase the quality of the decision basis.
