The Norwegian Customs shall establish the necessary framework agreements for trade services that shall safeguard the need for reconstruction work and maintenance of the agency's cultural-historical buildings. The Norwegian Customs has 13 cultural-historical properties, with a total of 40 buildings of various categories such as main houses, annexes, outdoor buildings, seaside sheds and storehouses. The properties ́ main house will be available for the agency ́s employees and pensioners as holiday homes. The primary season for using the cultural-historical buildings for employees is April through October. The agency ́s cultural-historical properties mainly consist of older buildings, all of which are buildings that are listed. There will be special requirements for future tenderers for these framework agreements.
