The appointment of a training provider with demonstrable expertise in the delivery of courses to businesses, employers and employees who in their daily role may be required to provide a professional service through the medium of the Irish language. Successful completion of the course will result in the participant gaining both knowledge and certification under the European Framework of reference for language, aligned with NFQ levels 2-6 only, in both professional written and spoken work related Irish language skills. The tenderer will be responsible for the developing, managing, delivery and certification of a series of online, blended and/or self directed training courses on behalf of the MSLETB. The management of the course will include, the evaluation and verification of the potential student to ensure that their needs are met, and they are correctly placed in to a course relevant to their level of Irish, and will result in them confidently progressing to the next level. Initally, the primary delivery of this course will be online using the supplier provided platform
