This procurement is for travel agency services, including booking and organising official journeys, hotel stays and events for Bane NOR's permanent and temporary employees and hired (users). The ordering process shall be carried out through a dedicated web ordering portal, designed to make it more efficient for the procurement of official journeys and overnight stays. This portal will allow users to independently handle reservations of flights, hotel stays and hire cars without assistance from the service provider. The tenderer shall also offer applications for mobile telephones, where the users can independently handle some reservations themselves. The contract also includes ordering and organising stays for residents who live close to noisy work along train stretches and who have a requirement for alternative accommodation (neighbouring overnighting).
