Evje og Hornnes sokn invite tenderers to a competition for a turnkey contract for Kirkestue at Evje church. The building shall contain i.a. the church centre and administration offices, as well as a synthesisation room with the accompanying cooling room. The building is on one floor. The combined gross area is approx. 424 m2. In addition to this, an option price is wanted for an unsolved storage room being constructed towards the east end of the building, approx. 7.7 m2 There is also a request for a price for moving the existing stretcher house, approx. 95 m2. The building shall be relocated. 250 m. Drawings and descriptions have been prepared for the project, the disciplines ARK, RIV, RIE and RIA. Tenderers must include costs for detailed engineering design within all disciplines, including RIB and RIBR.
