Bjørnafjorden Development Company AS is a wholly owned municipal company, owned by Bjørnafjorden Municipality. Bjørnafjorden Development Company AS will actively develop the new business area Lyseparken, which is located close to the new E39 between Os and Bergen. The aim of the procurement is to enter into contract with one turnkey contractor for the delivery (engineering design and execution) of the following in Lyseparken: Lyseparken north (roads, pavements, signs, road lighting, tractor roads, technical infrastructure, pump station waste water, pressure increase station water, filling north etc.).Lyseparken south (roads, pavements, signs, road lighting, technical infrastructure, filling south etc.)See the tender documentation Part 2 with annexes and annexes for a complete description of the delivery.
