Turnkey contract New Construction - Skram school - New notice

Description du marché

The New Skram School shall be established as a new building on the same site as the current primary school. The school is dimensioned for approx. 250 pupils, in addition to being the workplace for approx. 28 employees, with a total gross area of approx. 5,000 m2. The building shall also have an integrated gymnasium hall in the basement that shall meet the requirements for playing aids. The school shall be constructed with a traditional classroom division with a two-lot, development of outside areas is also included in this contract. The demolition of the old school will be carried out by another contractor, engaged by the contracting authority.
