Description du marché

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kredyt bankowy długoterminowy złotówkowy w wysokości 8.000.000,00 zł udzielony w okresie od 01 października 2024 r. do 30 czerwca 2039 r., którego oprocentowanie oparte jest na stawce WIBOR - 3M, przeznaczony na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Stargard w 2024 r. związanego z realizacją zadań inwestycyjnych oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych pożyczek i kredytów. 2. Okres karencji: 1) Okres karencji w spłacie kapitału kredytu: do 31.12.2024 r. 2) Karencja w spłacie odsetek: do 31.12.2024 r. 3. Terminy spłat kredytu 1) Spłata rat kapitałowych w latach 2025 – 2039: ostatni dzień roboczy miesiąca: marzec i wrzesień każdego roku; 2) Terminy spłat kapitału – spłata nastąpi w latach 2025 – 2039 w następujących kwotach: a. 2025 rok – 50.000,00 zł b. 2026 rok – 50.000,00 zł c. 2027 rok – 50.000,00 zł d. 2028 rok – 50.000,00 zł e. 2029 rok – 50.000,00 zł f. 2030 rok – 50.000,00 zł g. 2031 rok – 500.000,00 zł h. 2032 rok – 500.000,00 zł i. 2033 rok – 1.000.000,00 zł j. 2034 rok – 1.000.000,00 zł k. 2035 rok – 1.000.000,00 zł l. 2036 rok – 1.000.000,00 zł m. 2037 rok – 1.000.000,00 zł n. 2038 rok – 1.000.000,00 zł o. 2039 rok – 700.000,00 zł Termin spłaty pierwszej raty kapitałowej ustala się na ostatni dzień roboczy marca 2025 r.
