1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest : Udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego lub pożyczki na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Jodłownik w 2024 roku oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych pożyczek i kredytów. 1.1. Kredyt lub pożyczka w wysokości 8 500 000,00 złotych uruchomiony zostanie w trzech transzach : - planowany termin uruchomienia I transzy - 28.06.2024 rok, kwota - 2 500 000,00 zł, - planowany termin uruchomienia II transzy - 02.09.2024 rok, kwota - 3 000 000,00 zł, - planowany termin uruchomienia III transzy - 30.12.2024 rok, kwota - 3 000 000,00 zł, 1.2. Okres spłaty planuje się w latach 2025-2040 w tym : - 2025 rok - kwota 25 000,00 zł - 2026 rok - kwota 25 000,00 zł - 2027 rok - kwota 25 000,00 zł - 2028 rok - kwota 25 000,00 zł - 2029 rok - kwota 25 000,00 zł - 2030 rok - kwota 25 000,00 zł - 2031 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2032 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2033 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2034 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2035 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2036 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2037 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2038 rok - kwota 275 000,00 zł - 2039 rok - kwota 3 075 000,00 zł - 2040 rok - kwota 3 075 000,00 zł 1.3.
