User support for declaring waste - main contract

The procurement shall cover the need for long-term cooperation on user support. Main: Support Receive and follow-up enquiries from the users of waste declaring. Most of the services will be assistance with logging on and other administrative services, such as assisting with giving authorisations. Waste questions will be forwarded to user support with waste competence. Process improvement of user support Tenderers shall take an active role in continual follow-up of cases that are reported and improvements to the user support. This applies to both how users first meet and how the process proceeds until their needs are solved. Contributions to product development. Assistance to the Norwegian Environment Agency ́s product team on improvement of the technical system, systems for automated user support/self-help in order to reduce the users ́needs for assistance. Other assistance related to the declaring system if needed. The contract is planned to be signed 1 July. The assistance is proposed 15 August.
