The competition is for the operation and management of the Contracting Authority's IT infrastructure. The objective of the agreement is to ensure stable and secure IT operations, good user experience, as well as effective support for both joint and discipline specific systems. Particular emphasis will be placed on high uptime, flexible user support and competence within the Microsoft 365 platform. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage. APPRENTICE: The obligation to set requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 7. See the contract for more information.
