The contract is for the delivery of safety and mastering technology as continual services, where the chosen supplier will have all responsibility for the integration, monitoring, support and operation of the total system, including all components. The deliveries include services for persons living at home, institutions and manpower housing for both employees and service recipients. A platform for integration shall be included and a response centre service for processing signals shall be provided. Responses related to follow-up of users shall not be a part of the service. The contracting authority is Hammerfest municipality. Bardu, Salangen, Balsfjord, Måsøy, Dyrøy, Karasjok, Lavangen, Sør-Varanger, Loppa, Senja, Sørreisa and Hasvik municipalities are also participating in this competition. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
