What effect does young people's participation in Norwegian municipalities and counties have?

The aim of the project is to obtain knowledge about the effect that young people ́ participation has in Norwegian municipalities and counties, and whether young people in Norway have equal opportunities to participate. The research assignment is limited to dealing with youth participation at system level, here it is understood to be participation from young people through formal and statutory structures, such as youth councils and in municipal plan processes, in accordance with the Municipal Act and the Planning and Building Act.
