Winter operations on municipal roads

The competition is for the hire of lorries, tractors and tool carriers with drivers for snow clearing, gritting and snow clearing for Skien municipality, Urban Operations. In addition tenders can be submitted for sweeping. The service is divided into 11 zones and 1 area (reinforced winter operation), with different needs for equipment. See the different zones and routes in annex 6 for further details. Tenders can be submitted for several different zones, but the zones must be priced separately. Tenders cannot be submitted where the prices depend on the result for other zones.
