The subject of this tender is for Internal Finishes including minor alterations as required, the supply, installation and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Building Services and Internal Firefighting System, for the ST Microelectronics, KK3 Common Areas, with reduced environment impact. The Contract also incorporates the preventive maintenance as established in the BoQ.
