Tradebroker will, on behalf of its member companies, enter into a framework agreement with two tenderers for the delivery of workwear and protective equipment. The contracting authority shall enter into framework agreements with tenderers who can deliver a wide range of work wear and protective equipment. The delivery shall safeguard the employer's statutory obligations in the Working Environment Act with the accompanying regulations. The equipment that is delivered shall fulfil the current laws, regulations, norms and EN/ISO standards for protective clothing, shoes and personal protective equipment. All workwear and protective equipment shall be produced in accordance with high ethical and social standards. See Annex 1 for information on requirements from selected customers. Short delivery times, option for profiling and deliveries of small and large volumes are required. The contracts shall have a high degree of flexibility and a high service level for the deliveries. The Contracting Authority shall have the possibility to order products as needed, from the tenderer's total product range. Orders shall be placed through the supplier ́s internet shop, possibly other channels such as telephone and email. The internet shop shall contain a broad product range with product descriptions, pictures and prices. Products shall be clearly marked with available information on sustainability, including, for example, relevant certifications or environmental labels, EPD where available, washing instructions, textile composition etc. Tenderers are expected to be able to assist the contracting authority with advice related to the choice of work wear and protective equipment.
