In summary, the Contracting Authority will set up Dynamic Panel Agreements for the provision of venue hire, and, venue hire with catering services for Garda Members on Duty at events nationwide. The scope of the required services will range from standalone venue hire to venue hire with on-site catering services . Catering services will include the provision of hot meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and, or meal boxes (Perishable Breakfast Pack, Perishable Snack Pack, Perishable Main Meal Pack, and Ambient Snack Pack) to be distributed to Garda Members on duty.
