Tuath Housing Association invites requests to participate in a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the provision of a Cloud-Based Cost Rental Assessment System. The objective of this procurement is to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to design, develop, implement, and support a secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital solution to manage the full lifecycle of cost rental housing applications. The system will support application intake, eligibility assessment, document management, communication workflows, case management, reporting, and integration with existing systems.
