Framework agreement for artist surveys

The Norwegian Directorate of Culture and Culture wishes to carry out surveys on the artists' income, living and working conditions. The surveys shall follow-up the Artist Survey 2019, further developed in accordance with the recommendations from the Model and Method Committee for artist surveys and adapted to the Cultural Directorate ́s and the Cultural Council ́ s need for new knowledge, including through new themes in the surveys ́ survey part. The first call-off is estimated to have an upper limit of NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT and the expected production ready report before June 1, 2027.

Description: The tender must include a solution proposal that explains how the problem field and the problems described in the requirement specifications shall be attacked theoretically and methodically, cf. annexes 1, 1.3 Tender design. Emphasis will be put on how the tenderers have disposed of the resources in the project, including the connection between budgeting, proposed staffing and the professional execution of the assignment.
