PEACEPLUS Procurement of a Conservation Architect–Led Multidisciplinary Team for Detailed Design, Construction Management and Handover of Renovation and upgrade works to St Nicholas C.o.I., Dundalk

The project consists primarily of the renovation of the existing building, with reintroduction of the staircase to the Southern (‘Soldiers’) Gallery. Works to make the site more accessible (from exterior to interior), and the facilities accessible (introduction of a toilet suitable for disabled use).
