IT Managed Services

In summary, the Services comprise: IT Managed Services for the operation, maintenance, security, optimisation and support of Enable Ireland’s IT environment. The tender is divided into four (4) lots, each relating to a distinct service area, namely: (a) IT Managed Services; (b) Cyber Security Assurance and Operations Services; (c) Data Centre Services; and (d) Cloud Migration Strategy and Change Enablement Services. The Services include ongoing managed services, support, monitoring, governance, security and improvement activities across Enable Ireland’s core IT environment, together with specialist services relating to cyber security operations, data centre hosting, and cloud migration strategy and organisational change enablement.
