Finn Church Aid Foundation (FCA) is seeking to identify and contract a service provider for external auditing services, as per legal requirement applicable to Foundations in Finland, this shall cover the entire Group, including local and international branch offices and subsidiaries. Applicable Procurement Framework and Legal Status This procurement is not subject to the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts, as Finn Church Aid Foundation (FCA) is not a contracting authority governed by the Act.
