Bridge maintenance contracts - Østfold county - framework agreements

Østfold county would like to enter into 4 parallel framework agreements for the maintenance of bridges and structures (contracts) for the county road network.

responses that are binding for the tenderer in the contract period and at the same time have sufficient connection to the delivery in the areas that are the largest climate footprint and environmental impact. The contracting authority has concluded that the award criteria on climate and environment are therefore not suitable for identifying the best tenderer in this area, nor to provide security for a climate or environmental gain. The contracting authority has, therefore, set requirements in the requirement specifications and the contract provisions for all the call-offs under the framework agreement within the areas that are the largest climate footprint and environmental impact, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 7-9 fourth
