The general objective of the procurement was to enter into a framework agreement to ensure that UDI can meet political decisions as regards: The start phase of the receipt of the transfer refugees who have Norway decided to receive occurs in an appropriate manner (OFF). Asylum seekers return, and in some cases are escorted, voluntarily/assisted to their homeland (Recycling unit RTE).
