WCC192026 Building Condition Survey, Energy Audit and Remediation Design for the Mermaid Arts Centre, Bray, Co. Wicklow (A98 N5P1)

The project will require the provision of a Senior Building Surveyor Led Design Team including a Structural / Civil Engineer, Fire Safety Engineer, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Disability Access Consultant, and Commercial Energy Auditor. The purpose of this commission is to: • Assess the current condition and performance of the building; • Identify defects, risks and compliance issues; • Develop a coordinated and prioritised remediation strategy; • Improve accessibility, safety and energy performance; • Prepare design and tender documentation to enable delivery of required works. All related fees and charges associated with the construction and Design Team Services should be included in the lump sum tender price for this tender call.
