Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) is the cross-border health and social care partnership, comprising the Health Service Executive (HSE) in the Republic of Ireland and the Public Health Agency (PHA), Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) and Southern and Western Health and Social Care Trusts (SHSCT and WHSCT) in Northern Ireland. CAWT has been successful in securing grant funding from the European Union PEACE PLUS programme, to progress a cross border project called Community Connection and Wellbeing Project between April 2025 and March 2029.
