Consultancy services for management and development of the police: Sub-area 1 Strategy, financial and performance management.

Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) shall, on behalf of the police and the Norwegian Police Security Service, enter into framework agreements for consultancy services for the management and development of the police. The framework agreements consist of a total of three sub-contracts. Criterion: Type: Quality Name: Quality Description: In the evaluation of the award criteria quality, the contracting authority will evaluate the following sub-criteria with the following weighting: • Offered resources (40%) Emphasis will be placed on competence and experience within disciplines and competence areas listed under each sub-area in Annex 1 General Description point 5 on the offered consultants, cf. requirement 6 in Annex 1 General Description. The tenders will be evaluated in accordance with a point scale from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best. The tenderer who, according to the contracting authority ́s purchasing discretion, has answered the requirement best, achieves 10 points.
