The procurement is connected to the management of EEA resources in the financing period 2021-2028. The main objective of the assignment is to establish a point of contact for cooperation between Norway and civil communities in the recipient country of the EEA resources. For the financing period 2021-2028, approx. 300 million euros shall be used in support of civil communities in the recipient countries. The 15 recipient countries are Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
