Fire engine

Hå municipality, the fire-brigade, hereafter called the fire-brigade, shall procure a new fire engine. The Fire-brigade needs a new fire engine with a water tank and crew cabin, with seats for at least five people.

The contracting authority will not be required to procure a new fire engine that runs on fuel other than diesel. This is based on the municipality ́s geography, a lack of developed infrastructure for charging/filling alternative fuel. Beyond fuel (emissions of CO2 based on fuel), the contracting authority considers that there are currently not sufficient award criteria to be used that will have a significant effect on the environment. There are, therefore, absolute requirements in the competition for environmental measures: Euro 6 engine requirement (latest and cleanest engine technology) and the desire for a fire engine to use the Miljødiesel 315313-2026 Page 1/5 system, requirements that together are assessed to give a better environmental effect than using the environment as the award c
