The provision of Construction Procurement Consultancy Services

The objectives of this RFT are to appoint a procurement support consultant who will: • provide specialist advice in relation to construction and professional services procurement. • ensure all procurement processes are robust, transparent and audit ready. • support the HEA in procuring a multi-disciplinary architect-led design team and a project manager; and • work collaboratively with the HEA’s Head of Procurement, who will retain overall procurement governance responsibility.
