Contract award - Framework agreement - Provision of medical substitute services.

Kristiansand municipality needs temporary staff services for medical services, for Kristiansand Emergency Doctor Surgery. The agreement is optional to use for doctors ́ needs for institutions and health centres in Kristiansand municipality.

for provision of medical services will first be addressed to the highest ranked tenderer. Tenderers are given 48 hours to confirm/commit to the delivery of the requested doctors' vicar (s). A shorter deadline than 48 hours can also be given if necessary, according to the Contracting Authority's assessment. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have the option to provide the requested medical services, or does not respond within 48 hours (or another stated deadline), requests are to be sent to the second highest ranked tenderer, etc. The contracting authority expects temporary staff agencies to have active contracts with doctors and can guarantee the doctors ́ competence/experience.
